Report: Group Activities - Creation & Interpretation

The Group Activities Report focuses on the performance of the group activities of your club analyzing several different variables. To create this report go to the "Reports" menu and select "Group Activities"

A pop-up screen will appear where you will need to indicate the date range, employees, activities you wish to analyze. If you check the box "Include Detail (Report Only)" you will get stats on each individual class taught during the dates indicated at the beginning of the query.

Press the button "Report" to create the report.

A PDF will appear on your screen that will show:

- The actual attendance, class capacity, attendance goal, and deviation of actual attendance vs. goal or capacity of each class taught during the indicated dates of the report query (Only if you selected the option "Include Detail (Report Only)")

Then you will see 4 tables categorized by:

  • Days of the week
  • Activity
  • Hour of the day
  • Instructor (Employee)

which show the information below (see legend below chart):

  •  # of Activities: Total number of clases taught during dates indicated in the report query

If the number is negative, it shows on average how many members you needed to reach your attendance target; or if the number is positive, it shows on average how many members you classes had over the attendance target.
