To record room or area attendance go to the menu "Staff" and select "Room Attendance"
This will take you to chart where you can input the hourly attendance of each room or area indicated in the right column. Simply, click on the box for the room/area and time desired and record the attendance. Once you have written the attendance, press the button, "Save." If you are an administrator you have the option to visualize this data by pressing the button "Chart" or "Preview"
Remember: The rooms and areas listed are those rooms and areas that you selected "Attendance Monitoring" in the "Areas/Rooms" section in the "Club" menu. The time range reflects the indicated range of the "Schedule" tab in the "Information" section in the "Club" menu.
