How do I change the difficulty level of a workout plan?

If you believe that a workout is more difficult or less difficult than originally assigned, simply go to the workout plan and modify the section of goal to reflect the goal and difficulty level.

If you are creating a workout from scratch and want to ensure a certain level of difficulty. In the exercise search you can select a difficulty level from the "Borg Scale" section and it will only show exercises of this level.
