See Member Accesses - Admin KPI & Report

There are two ways you can see a historial of member accesses to your club.

1) Total Accesses

The first option allows you to  see how many people have accessed your club (you can filter by access entry and by dates). Go to the "Home" menu and select "Admin KPI" from the drop down menu. Then, click on the "Accesses" tab. Here you will be able to see the total number of unique members that have accessed your club, accessed the Trainingym App, Web Portal/TG Touch, and new members who have received a welcome to Trainingym email.  To get more information, click the "?" to learn more. You can also click the "Report" button to obtain a more detailed report.

2) Individual Accesses

The second option, allows you to see the different members who have accessed your club. First go to the "Reports" menu and select "Accesses" from the drop down menu. 

Here you will see a list of all accesses to your club. You can filter by access type (web, kiosk, turnstile, cell), by club (if you have various clubs) and you can sort by date and and name. 

 You can also request a report by clicking the button "Report." Enter the date range for which you would like to view data and press "Accept." Here you will be able to see the total number of accesses (entries) to your club segmented by turnstile, app, web and kiosk; unique accesses segmented by turnstile, app, web and kiosk; and accesses to the club vs. web.
