If the member exercises intensely for at least 12 hours weekly and has a resting heart rate of approximately 60 beats per minute or less, you will want to use the "Active" activity level mode for the member's body composition weigh -in with the Tanita scale.
To use the "Active" mode for a member go to the member profile and change the "Activity level" in the "Information" tab. By doing so, all weigh-ins will be automatically configured with this activity level.
You may also change the member's activity level at the time of the weigh-in. To do so, go to the member's profile and click on the tab "Analysis" and press the button "Add."
From here, be sure the box for "Active" is highlighted in red and then press the button "Weigh Scale." Continue the normal steps for a body composition weigh-in.
