There could be a couple of reasons for this:
In TG Manager, "Club"menu select "Information" from the drop down menu. Then, open the "Configuration" tab. Here double check that the correct language has been selected from the drop down menu.
The member who has signed in to the TG Touch could have possibly changed the language in their profile. Double check the profile of the member, in TG Touch, their app, or via their profile in TG Manager, "Members" menu in "Active Members".
If these do not resolve the issue, contact Costumer Support as your kiosk maybe have been misconfigured.
