If a member cannot enter or has forgotten their username/password, what should I do?

The club staff member will need to enter in TG Manager. Next, select the menu "Members" and select "Active Members" from the drop down list or "Search File"

   OR 

Search for the member whose password needs to be changed and click on his/her name.

 OR

Review the username and password and change it if necessary.

Scroll down to the bottom of the profile and press "Save." Ask the member to try to log on again. If the problem continues to persist, contact Customer Support.
