I want to deactivate/disable chat between members and employees, but I want my employees to be able to communicate with members.

If you deactivate the chat between members and employees, it will deactivate this option for both parties, neither members or employees can communicate with each other via chat. If you would like to disable this chat, but allow employees to communicate with members - we suggest having your employees use the push notification to speak with contact the members. Please note: that for members to receive push notifications they must have the app downloaded, be logged in and enable the delivery of notifications on their phone. 

To deactivate the chat between members and employees, simply go to the "Club" menu and select "Information" from the drop down menu. 

Open the "Configuration" tab

Scroll down and in the "Chat" section be sure to uncheck the option "Chat Between Staff and Members"
