Advanced Configuration for Activities, Difficulty and Goals

In this article we will review how to configure the following sections:

  • Activity Groups Set Up
  • Difficulty Levels Set Up
  • Goals Set Up

Activity Groups Set Up

You can categorize your group activities into Groups, such as Cardio, Strength, Yoga, Pilates, etc. To create a new group go to the Activity Groups Set Up in the Club menu.

This will take you to a list of all of the currently existing groups. You can search for a certain group using the search bar, delete a group using the trash can icon or edit a group name using the gear symbol.

To add a new group press the Add button. 

Here you will be taken to a page where you will name the new group. Fill in the different languages you see fit to use. Then, press the Save button at the bottom of the page. 

Once, you have pressed save you will see a small upward arrow icon that will allow you to upload a photo

Once uploaded, press the button Save

 

Now, if you go to the Activities menu and choose Activities from the drop down to see your activities database you can filter the database using this new group. Also, when you create or edit activities you can now assign them to this group. 

 

Difficulty Levels Set Up

You can assign each group activity a difficulty level. To configure the scale of difficulty got to the Difficulty Levels Set Up in the Club menu. 

This will open a new window which will let you edit the name of the different difficulty levels en the languages you see fit and change the corresponding image. Just search for the level you would like to edit and then click the gear button to the right.

To change the photo click on the small upward arrow and upload a new image. Once you have made your changes press the Save button at the bottom of the page. 

Now when you edit or create a group activity - in the activity profile you will be able to adjust the difficulty to show the new term or photo.

Goals Set Up

Lastly, you can also change and add different fitness goals to the database to help filter your database of workout program templates. Go to the Goals Set Up in the Club menu.

This will take you to a new screen where you have a database of all the different goals that your club has identified. You search for a specific goal and edit it by clicking on the gear icon to the right OR you can create a new goal by pressing the button New.

Fill in the name of the goal in each of the languages you see fit to use. Press the button Save to keep your changes. Once you press Save, a small upward arrow icon will appear where you can upload a photo. Press the Save button again to save your changes. 

Lastly, click on the tab Goals to add a Difficulty level and a description for each language you see fit. Press the Save button to keep your changes.
