How to create rewards.

To set up a reward, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to TG Manager under a user with TG Loyalty permissions.
  2. Access the menu LOYALTY > TG LOYALTY
  3. Open the Gamification tab.
  4. In the Members section, at the bottom part of the screen, you'll find the Member rewards list (Fig. 1).
  5. In the Employees section, at the bottom part of the screen, you'll find the Employee rewards list (Fig. 2).
  6. At the top of both rewards lists, you'll see an Add button that will open the form to set up a reward.

You can look for, add, edit and delete rewards from this table.

FUNCTIONALITY

 There are different rewards lists for members and staff.  Furthermore, member rewards have level restrictions. 

 

MEMBER REWARD SETUP FORM

The fields that you will see in this form to create or edit rewards for members are (Fig. 3):

Reward Name:  The name you choose for the reward will be the same that appears for members in the smartphone app.

Reward Description:  Include a description of the reward here.

This reward can be redeemed for X points:  The number of points needed to redeem the particular reward.

The club offers X units that will renew on Y:  The number of units that the club offers to members and the day on which the number will be reset so that members can redeem them again.  You may choose 2 occasions on which the unit number resets: i.e. The 1st of each month.  The 1st of January of each year.  For example:  If we establish the 1st of each month for the reward to reset and a member redeems the total number of available units for the current month, they won't be able to redeem any more of that prize until the 1st of the following month.    

Select the levels that can redeem this reward:  This feature can only be found under member rewards.  If you check a box next to a level, all members who have reached that level will be able to redeem the reward.  No level restriction will be applied for a reward in the following cases:  No levels have been created.  The "Advance to the next level" option in the Gamification Setup is deactivated.  No levels have been chosen to be eligible for the reward, i.e. no boxes have been checked.

If no level is selected in the form, all members will be eligible to redeem that reward regardless of their level.

 

 


EMPLOYEE REWARD SETUP FORM
 

The fields that you will see in this form to create or edit rewards for employees are (Fig. 4):

Reward Name:  The name you choose for the reward will be the same that appears for staff in the smartphone app.

Reward Description:  Include a description of the reward here.

This reward can be redeemed for X points:  The number of points needed to redeem the particular reward.
