I cannot send push notifications to my members, why?

Remember to send push notifications there are the following requirements, your members must:

1. Download the App to their phone

2. Log into the App

3. Allow notification push to be delivered on their phone. 

  • Upon logging on for the first time, a pop-up will appear asking if they want to allow push notifications. They will need to press the button "Allow". If they did not press "Allow" in this moment, later the member can go to the "Settings" on their phone and manually allow notifications for the App.
